"How do you reflect?"

Researchers at Birkbeck University are looking into how people reflect, what they find easy or difficult, and what beliefs they have about thinking in general.

We welcome participants who identify as neurodivergent for this research, as these groups are underrepresented in sports science research on self-reflection. Age 16+
